Foundever is seeking an Account Resolution Specialist to support QuickBooks Online Accountant customers through inbound calls and premium service. You will guide clients in invoicing, bookkeeping, setup, payroll, and more with a focus on white-glove support.

Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks Online required.
• Experience in customer service industry, preferably with advisory involvement.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new products and quickly adapt to updates.

Responsibilities

• Assist QuickBooks Online Accountant customers via inbound calls.
• Provide white-glove customer service to premium customers.
• Guide customers through invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving on complex issues.
• Stay updated on the latest QuickBooks versions and related products.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure top customer and employee experience.
