Foundever is hiring Account Resolution Specialists in a full-time, on-site role in Orem, Utah. You will support QuickBooks Online Accountant customers via inbound calls, guiding them through invoicing, payroll and accounting features with a white-glove service approach.

Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks Online required; QuickBooks Online Accountant a plus.
• Proven experience in the customer service industry, preferably with advisory responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to learn new products quickly.
• Familiarity with basic financial concepts related to bookkeeping/payroll/Accounting 101.

Responsibilities

• Support QuickBooks Online Accountant customers via inbound calls.
• Provide white-glove customer service to premium customers.
• Guide customers through QuickBooks features including invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup, payroll.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills on complex issues and stay updated on newest QuickBooks versions.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure optimal customer and employee experience.
