Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with quantum computing and cryptography experience
• Expertise in quantum mechanics, algorithms, and information theory
• Familiar with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Quipper, MS Quantum)
• Knowledge of post-quantum cryptography and cryptographic standards (NIST, ISO)
• Experience with both classical and quantum simulation tools

Responsibilities

• Use Python, C++, and Java to implement and test cryptographic algorithms
• Advise on migration plans for quantum-resistant algorithms
• Assess cryptographic inventory and migration priorities
• Communicate quantum risk to non-technical leadership
• Provide policy guidance for cryptographic modernization aligned with NIST PQC standards
