Job summary

M3 USA, a leader in healthcare data and market research, seeks a Project Manager, Quantitative at All Global, part of the M3 family. You will oversee day-to-day project execution, budgets, and client communications to deliver data collection on time and within budget.

You will coordinate with Sales, Panel, and Programming, ensure ISO 20252/26362 compliance, and drive quality and timely invoicing while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of market research project management, healthcare preferred.
Proficiency with Decipher and advanced Excel/Word.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, including budgets and timelines.
Escalate issues with timing or budget and coordinate revised quotes.
Lead kickoff meetings with Sales, Panel, and Programming to align requirements.
Provide clients with regular status updates and optimize panel strategies.
Ensure timely panel payments and that billing data is accurate for invoicing.
Maintain compliance with ISO 20252/26362 and industry guidelines.

Job Description

This Project Manager supports the mission by managing each project's day-to-day execution, budget, and client communication so that data collection is delivered on time, within budget, and to the quality and compliance standards All Global is known for.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the project life cycle for data collection, from initiation through completion, including project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Review project documentation with the manager, flag issues that put timing, budget, or gross margin at risk, and partner with Client Services to secure a revised quote when needed.
Lead the internal project kickoff meeting with Sales, Panel, and Programming to finalize requirements, timelines, and schedules; work directly with the client to confirm materials and adjust plans as needed.
Provide clients with frequent status updates during fielding and recommend panel strategies to the panel team to maximize sample.
Ensure projects are completed on time, panelist incentive payments are issued promptly, and Finance receives the metrics needed to complete billing and invoicing.
Ensure all projects comply with ISO 20252/26362 standards, the Company’s Quality Manual, applicable industry guidelines (e.g., BHBIA, EphMRA), and other regulatory and client requirements such as Adverse Event Reporting.

Qualifications

Education and Training Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Minimum Experience

1-3 years of experience in market research project management, preferably within healthcare.
Demonstrated proficiency with Decipher or a similar platform, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines with a high level of detail.

Self-motivated, with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Able to work well and meet deadlines under pressure.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Able to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment where deadlines and other changes often occur in real time.
