Job summary

M3 USA, a leader in healthcare market research, is seeking a Qualitative Project Manager to oversee multiple studies both domestically and internationally, ensuring successful completion on time and within budget. The PM will lead a team of PMs and coordinate with vendors and clients.

You will manage recruitment, data collection, and reporting, guiding the project from kickoff to delivery while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of Market Research experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple qualitative projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines.
• Experience in quantitative project management (preferred).
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage qualitative projects through full lifecycle, including client and vendor coordination.
• Screening, scheduling, and confirming respondents for TDIs, focus groups, IDIs, online qual interviews; replace no-shows when needed.
• Setup and testing of survey instruments; monitor statistics and manage honoraria and invoicing in the system.
• Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings to align timelines and responsibilities.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment status to meet client needs.
• Identify fielding concerns and work with sales/operations to improve performance.
• Manage relationships with domestic and international vendors for timely deliverables.
