Job summary

M3 USA, All Global unit, is hiring a Project Manager, Quantitative to oversee data collection projects from initiation to completion in healthcare market research. You will manage budgets, timelines, and client communications to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality results.

The role requires 1–3 years in project management, proficiency with Decipher or similar platforms, and advanced Excel/Word skills, with strong communication and organizational abilities to drive sample quality and panel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of market research project management experience, preferably within healthcare.
• Proficient with Decipher or a similar platform; advanced Excel and Word skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project life cycle, budgets, timelines and quality.
• Review docs, flag risks, and coordinate with Client Services on quotes.
• Lead kickoff meetings with Sales, Panel, Programming; confirm requirements.
• Provide clients with status updates and suggest panel strategies.
• Ensure on-time delivery, panel payments, and accurate billing data.
• Ensure ISO 20252/26362 compliance and regulatory requirements.
