Job summary

M3 USA is seeking a Project Manager, Quantitative to lead data collection projects within All Global, part of M3 Inc. You will manage budgets, timelines, and quality, while coordinating with Sales, Panel, and Programming to meet client requirements.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in market research project management, strong Excel/Word skills, and the ability to deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced, ISO-aligned environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of market research project management experience.
• Proficient with Decipher or similar platform and MS Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle for data collection, budgets, timelines and quality.
• Flag issues affecting timing, budget or margins and coordinate revised quotes.
• Lead kickoff meetings with Sales, Panel and Programming and align client materials.
