Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in market research project management, healthcare preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to work autonomously or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage international quantitative market research projects through entire project life cycle, including clients, partners, and samples.
• Coordinate with teams to set up tests, prepare sample, conduct quality checks, and handle inquiries and honoraria.
• Lead kickoff meetings to align stakeholders on specs, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Manage vendor relationships for timely deliverables and issue resolution.
• Monitor data collection quality and provide regular progress updates to clients and management.
• Oversee study profitability and budget tracking; support sales and operations to improve performance.
• Work with global teams outside US business hours.
