Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health seeks a Quality and Privileging Manager to oversee OPPE/FPPE processes, privilege delineation, and credentialing activities on a remote basis. The role collaborates with clinical leaders to ensure timely reviews, documentation, and regulatory compliance across the medical staff.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of clinical nursing experience.
• Analytical and quantitative skills related to collecting, organizing and summarizing data.
• Expertise querying clinical databases, using clinical decision software and performing biostatistical analysis.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office a must.
• Experience in performance improvement programs required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate OPPE and FPPE functions in line with Joint Commission Standards and CMS Conditions of Participation.
• Ensure clinical reviews are timely, effective and well documented.
• Coordinate delineation of clinical privilege management and updates with department leadership.
• Support credentialing processes for changes in privileges and provider status.
• Develop and oversee FPPE/OPPE indicators and collect data for reporting to leadership and committees.
