Job summary

Access TeleCare is seeking a Privileging Coordinator for a 100% remote role in the US. The candidate will ensure physician privileging and reappointments are on track, coordinating with Medical Staff Offices, Credentialing, and Licensing teams, while maintaining accurate credentialing files.

You will build relationships, review applications, and use Salesforce to manage privileges. The role demands detail focus, timely communication, and collaboration across facilities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HS diploma with 1–2 years in medical staff.
• CPCS preferred for credentialing knowledge.
• Strong customer service and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare files for privileging at client facilities.
• Review applications and re-appointments for accuracy.
• Use the credentialing system (Salesforce) to process facility privileges.
• Follow up with facilities to complete privileging files.
• Document progress and ensure deadlines are met; escalate when needed.
