Your Housing Group is seeking a Quality & Performance Officer to produce regular performance reports, maintain effective controls and drive improvements across our housing services for older people. The role is homebased in the North West, with occasional visits to the Head Office in Warrington.

You will line manage Administrators, support ICT projects, and liaise with stakeholders to resolve quality issues.

Competenze

• Proficient with IT systems, including Microsoft Office/365 and Dynamics CRM.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication skills at all organisational levels.

Mansioni

• Produce regular performance reports for the team with monitoring controls.
• Present reports in meetings and drive performance improvements.
• Line manage a small team of Administrators.
• Support ICT projects and embed new systems.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve quality and performance issues.
