Housing Group is seeking a Quality and Performance professional to produce regular performance reports, ensure robust controls, and drive improvements across our housing services for older people. You will join a committed team that values collaboration and clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.

This role is homebased in the North West with occasional travel to Warrington Head Office three or four times a month. Core hours are 9am–5pm, with some after-hours work as needed.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality and Performance professional to produce regular performance reports, ensure effective controls are in place, and drive performance improvements across our service. You'll be joining an engaged and enthusiastic team providing housing and related services for older people, as well as supporting the wider housing team on key projects. We are looking for someone with excellent data analytical and problem-solving skills who is driven by delivering high-quality services, works collaboratively and can communicate effectively at all levels. What will my working week look like? The core hours for our customers are 9am to 5pm, however some work outside of these hours may be required from time to time. You will be homebased, living within the North West, within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Warrington, to attend meetings and training courses when needed. Realistically, you will be required to visit our Head Office three or four times a month.

• A good understanding of IT systems including Microsoft Office/365 and ideally a working knowledge of using Dynamics CRM.
• Excellent data analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Be a collaborative team player.
• Have an understanding of housing management and the regulatory framework for Housing Associations.

This role is really suited to someone who likes to work with a wide range of stakeholders to drive service improvements for the benefit of our customers and colleagues.
