Job summary

CloseKnit Behavioral Health seeks a Quality Manager, Behavioral Health to lead QA/QI activities across therapy and psychiatry, ensuring documentation excellence, regulatory readiness, patient safety, and evidence-based care.

You will collaborate with clinical operations, compliance, data analytics, and IT to build dashboards, monitor PHQ-9/GAD-7 metrics, and drive performance improvement while supporting provider education and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare quality management or behavioral health operations experience.
• Experience with chart audits, documentation standards, and payer audit readiness.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QI principles and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage quality assurance and improvement processes across therapy and psychiatry.
• Monitor chart audits, documentation timeliness, and compliance with standards.
• Create quality scorecards, dashboards, and reports with data analytics teams.
• Support payer audits, regulatory readiness, and risk mitigation.
• Provide guidance to providers on documentation and evidence-based care.
