Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health or a related field required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong documentation skills.
• Ability to develop workflows, audit tools, reports and improvement plans.
• Experience with telehealth, outpatient behavioral health services, and integrated care models.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage behavioral health quality assurance and improvement processes across therapy and psychiatry.
• Monitor chart audits, clinical documentation, medical necessity, risk, coding support, and payer expectations.
• Track and report quality metrics; create scorecards, dashboards, and outcome measures.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and cross-functional teams to drive improvement and ensure compliance.
• Lead or participate in quality committees and process improvement initiatives.
