Job summary

The Jane Pauley Community Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager - Behavioral Health to provide senior leadership for quality across the behavioral health division.

This hybrid role partners with administrators, clinicians, and operations to interpret performance data and implement improvement initiatives that are clinically sound and compliant. Core duties include presenting dashboards, designing improvement strategies, and coordinating cross-functional problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in healthcare quality improvement or behavioral health operations.
• Experience leading teams or senior individual contributor roles.
• Proven use of quality data to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead behavioral health quality performance initiatives and dashboards.
• Collaborate with admins, clinicians, and operations to drive improvement.
• Develop and monitor corrective action plans and accountability.
• Translate measures into practical workflows and staff education.
• Travel to sites and ensure data integrity across programs.
