Responsibilities

• Improve sentence structure, readability, and clarity while preserving author intent.
• Ensure consistency in terminology, abbreviations, capitalization, numbering, and document presentation.
• Format documents per style guides, publisher requirements, and journal specifications.
• Verify consistency in citations, references, tables, figures, equations, headings, and structure.
• Refine author-facing comments to ensure clarity and professionalism of communication.
• Conduct detailed quality checks for language, formatting, and presentation issues.
• Adhere to internal editorial standards and client-specific requirements.
• Identify inconsistencies or missing elements for reviewer follow-up.
• Work across manuscripts from diverse subjects while maintaining quality and turnaround.
