Jobgether partners with a healthcare organization seeking a Quality Intelligence Program Consultant in the United States. The role advances quality outcomes through data-driven insights, dashboards, and enterprise-wide reporting, collaborating with clinical teams and external payer partners.

This fully remote position requires strong experience in quality measurement, reporting, and data management, with leadership in cross-functional initiatives and a focus on value-based care.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Quality Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare administration, project management, quality intelligence, quality improvement, or related field.
• Experience with HEDIS and NCQA payer programs preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare quality improvement methodologies, performance measurement frameworks, and continuous improvement tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and ability to coordinate complex initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency in statistical techniques and analytical methods used to evaluate healthcare performance, interpret trends, and support data-driven decisions.
• Experience developing reports, graphs, dashboards, and other data visualization materials, and maintaining/interpreting statistical information.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare quality measures, reporting requirements, and performance improvement strategies.
• Understanding of value-based agreements, ACOs, integrated healthcare operations, and value-based care models.
• Familiarity with CMS quality programs, NCQA HEDIS measures, MA Star Ratings, and evidence-based clinical guidelines.
• Knowledge of information systems, report programming, quality measure development, and healthcare data management tools.
• Strong project coordination, team facilitation, and meeting management skills, with ability to engage stakeholders across departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex analyses to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate in a remote environment.
• No specific professional license or certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the development and implementation of enterprise-wide quality measures, definitions, performance goals, and improvement initiatives.
• Monitor external quality reporting programs, industry standards, regulatory requirements to keep internal priorities aligned.
• Maintain programming specifications, measure definitions, and code lists for quality measures in value-based agreements and reporting.
• Lead development and implementation of enterprise-wide reports, dashboards, workflows, and tools to improve quality and patient outcomes.
• Establish processes for accurate data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting across the organization.
• Coordinate interpretation and communication of quality data with internal departments and leadership to drive improvements.
• Develop and maintain reporting files, databases, and data infrastructure for quality reporting needs.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation activities, feed reviews, and deficiency resolution.
• Develop accessible quality intelligence solutions and visualizations for clinicians, leaders, and executives.
• Lead Quality Intelligence meetings with stakeholders to track trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor value-based payer quality metrics and provide insights to support strategy and decisions.
• Serve as SME for assigned areas, collaborating with internal and external partners.
