Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Quality Intelligence Program Consultant based in the United States. The role focuses on data-driven quality improvements, developing quality measures, and transforming healthcare data into actionable insights.

You will lead dashboards and reports, coordinate with clinical and payer teams, and drive enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance value-based care and patient outcomes in a fully remote setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Quality Management, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration, project management, quality intelligence or related area.
• Experience with HEDIS/NCQA payer programs is a plus.
• Strong understanding of quality improvement methodologies and performance measurement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide quality measures and performance goals.
• Lead reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations for clinicians and executives.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and communicate findings to leadership.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting across the organization.
• Collaborate with payer partners and internal teams to support value-based care programs.
