Jobgether is seeking a Quality Intelligence Program Consultant based in the United States to advance healthcare quality outcomes through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in healthcare administration, project management, quality intelligence, quality improvement, or a related field.
• Experience with HEDIS and NCQA payer programs is preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare quality improvement methodologies, performance measurement frameworks, and continuous improvement tools.
• Proficiency in statistical techniques and analytical methods used to evaluate healthcare performance.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and implementation of enterprise-wide quality measures and improvement initiatives.
• Monitor external reporting programs, standards, and best practices to align internal priorities.
• Maintain specifications and code lists for quality measures used in value-based agreements.
• Lead development of enterprise-wide reports, dashboards, and data tools.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of quality data through validation activities.
• Develop accessible quality intelligence solutions and data visualizations for clinicians and executives.
• Lead Quality Intelligence meetings with stakeholders to track performance trends.
• Support payer data feeds and reporting requirements across the organization.
• Collaborate with departments to enhance EHR tools and data capture for value-based care.
