Jobgether is seeking a Quality Intelligence Program Consultant for a fully remote, nationwide role based in the United States. The ideal candidate will develop quality measurement strategies, transform healthcare data into actionable insights, and oversee reporting and dashboards to improve patient outcomes.

You will collaborate with clinical teams, leaders, and external partners to drive value-based care initiatives, ensure data integrity, and lead enterprise-wide quality improvement efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in healthcare administration, project management, quality management, engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional healthcare administration, project management, quality intelligence, or related experience.
• Experience with HEDIS and NCQA payer programs is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to enterprise-wide quality and health outcomes measures, definitions, and improvement initiatives.
• Monitor external quality reporting programs and regulatory requirements to align internal priorities.
• Lead the development of reports, dashboards, and tools to improve healthcare quality and patient outcomes.
• Establish processes for accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting across the organization.
• Coordinate interpretation of quality performance data with leadership and translate findings into improvement plans.
• Develop reporting files, databases, and data infrastructure for quality reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy through validation activities and resolving reporting issues.
• Create user-friendly quality intelligence solutions and data visualizations for clinicians and executives.
