Jobgether seeks a Quality Intelligence Program Consultant to advance healthcare quality outcomes through data-driven insights, dashboards, and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with clinical teams, executives, and payer partners to improve value-based care performance in a fully remote environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of healthcare experience.
• Experience with HEDIS/NCQA payer programs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality improvement methods and performance measurement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide quality measures and improvement initiatives.
• Lead quality reporting, dashboards, and data infrastructure.
• Coordinate interpretation of performance data with stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation activities.
