Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Quality Intelligence Program Consultant in the United States. You will develop quality measurement strategies, optimize reporting, and transform healthcare data into actionable insights to improve patient outcomes.

You will collaborate with clinicians, leaders, external payer partners, and data professionals in a fully remote environment to advance value-based care and enterprise-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a healthcare, management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare administration, quality intelligence, or related area.
• Experience with HEDIS, NCQA payer programs, and value-based care.
• Strong knowledge of quality measures, reporting, and improvement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to enterprise-wide quality measures, performance goals, and improvement initiatives.
• Monitor external quality reporting programs, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain specifications, measure definitions, and code lists for quality measures.
• Lead development and implementation of reports, dashboards, and tools to improve quality and outcomes.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and validation of quality data.
• Communicate findings to leadership and coordinate cross-functional actions.
• Develop reporting files, databases, and data infrastructure supporting reporting requirements.
• Lead Quality Intelligence meetings and track performance trends.
• Collaborate with payer partners and internal stakeholders on data feeds and reporting.
• Support EHR tool enhancements to improve data capture for value-based care.
