Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a qualified professional to support value-based quality initiatives and data reporting. The role is fully remote, with a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, and pay ranging from the low to high figures listed in the posting.

You will develop, validate, and communicate quality measures, build dashboards, and collaborate with payer partners and internal teams to improve health outcomes across our facilities.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 5 years in Health Care Administration, Project Management, Quality Intelligence, or related field.
• HEDIS/NCQA Payor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to system-wide Quality/Health Outcomes measure development and definitions, goal setting, project improvement activities and work groups.
• Leads the development of enterprise-wide reports, processes, workflows, tools, and initiatives for quality data collection and reporting.
• Develops quality intelligence solutions (dashboards, data visualizations) to deliver actionable information to clinicians and leaders.
• Meets with external payer partners and internal partners for oversight and strategy development.
