Advocate Health seeks a detail-oriented Quality Intelligence Specialist for a fully remote, 40-hour-per-week role. The position supports value-based care initiatives and system-wide quality reporting from a national remote location. Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with no visa sponsorship.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, analytics, and collaboration with clinicians and department leaders to drive improvements in health outcomes and payer data integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Project Management, Quality, Engineering, or related field.
• Typically requires 5 years in Health Care Administration, Project Management, Quality Intelligence, or related field.
• HEDIS/NCQA Payor experience (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Contributes to system-wide Quality/Health Outcomes measure development and definitions, goal setting, project improvement activities and work groups for AAMG and EPH.
• Leads development of enterprise-wide reports, processes, workflows, tools, and initiatives to improve health outcomes and data quality.
• Performs data validation to assure data accuracy and assists in resolving deficiencies.
• Develops quality intelligence solutions (dashboards, dynamic reports, data visualizations) to deliver actionable information to clinicians, leaders and executives.
• Meets with external payer partners and internal stakeholders to guide quality measures and payer data feeds.
