Job summary

CVS Health in the United States seeks an experienced RN to lead quality improvement initiatives within the POSC council, driving performance, optimal patient care, and safety across care settings.

The role analyzes workflows, designs interventions, measures impact, trains staff, and collaborates with providers and operations to advance HEDIS and CAHPS goals, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in clinical, quality/compliance, or HEDIS performance roles.
• Knowledge of managed care quality, HEDIS and STARs measures.
• Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvement.
• Ability to communicate effectively and document clearly.
• Ability to collaborate across clinical and administrative teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements quality improvement programs to monitor and improve healthcare services and processes.
• Drives evidence-based interventions; establishes and monitors process and outcome measures.
• Manages and coordinates workplans for POSC workgroups and facilitates meetings.
• Contributes to improving patient outcomes and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Develops policies and guidelines focusing on system performance and provider experience.
