Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Registered Nurse with 5–7 years in quality or HEDIS roles to lead performance improvement initiatives. You will analyze care delivery, develop interventions, and support POSC workplans to achieve HEDIS/CAHPS goals.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, regulatory alignment, and ongoing education for healthcare professionals. 40 hours weekly; remote work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• RN required with 5–7 years of relevant experience in clinical, case management, quality, or HEDIS roles.
• Deep knowledge of managed care quality, HEDIS and STARs measures and improvement initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal, analytic, and written communication skills.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work ethically with sensitive information and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements quality improvement programs to monitor care and processes.
• Analyzes organizational performance and aligns with regulatory standards.
• Drives evidence-based improvements, tracks measures, and prepares reports for forums and councils.
• Manages workplans for POSC groups and facilitates meetings for stakeholder engagement.
• Contributes to policies and guidelines to improve patient safety and outcomes.
