CVS Health is seeking a RN Quality Improvement professional to join our team. You will analyze healthcare workflows, apply HEDIS/STAR measures, and drive evidence-based improvements to patient care while ensuring regulatory alignment.

You will develop and manage quality improvement programs, coordinate POSC workplans, and collaborate across clinical and administrative stakeholders to realize high-value outcomes and best member and provider experiences.

Qualifikationen

• In depth knowledge of managed care quality, HEDIS and STARs measures.
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and analytic skills.
• Working knowledge of quantitative/qualitative data analytics and critical thinking.
• Working knowledge of clinical and practice requirements to meet patient care needs.

Aufgaben

• Develops and implements quality improvement programs to monitor and improve healthcare services.
• Drives evidence-based interventions and tracks process/outcome measures for POSC activities.
• Manages workplans for POSC workgroups and facilitates meetings.
• Contributes to improving patient outcomes and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Develops policies and guidelines to enhance system performance and patient safety.
• Stays updated on healthcare innovations and participates in research to improve clinical care.
