Job summary

AnewHealth is a leading pharmacy care management company focused on complex, chronic needs. The Quality Improvement Coordinator supports QA and performance initiatives within the ExactCare division, handling QRE reporting, regulatory adherence, and cross-department collaboration to lift patient safety and outcomes.

Responsibilities include preparing monthly reports, aiding in the development of the QI plan, and ensuring data accuracy for client and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with quality improvement or performance improvement in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage QRE reporting and ensure investigations are complete and documented.
• Support regulatory adherence and internal quality standards.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify improvement opportunities and support training.
• Generate and distribute monthly quality and performance reports to stakeholders.
• Document and participate in QI meetings, maintaining minutes and plans.
• Provide operational support during high-volume periods.
