The Quality Improvement (QI) Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives within the ExactCare division. This role is responsible for managing quality-related event (QRE) reporting, monitoring compliance to quality management standards, supporting regulatory adherence, and collaborating across departments to improve service quality, patient safety, and performance outcomes. The QI Coordinator will also assist with internal and client-facing reporting, track and analyze performance data, participate in quality committee meetings, and help ensure a consistent, patient-centered approach to service delivery.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of pharmacy experience required. Experience in quality improvement or performance improvement in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
Preferred: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Certified Professional Patient Safety (CPPS), Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM), or Six Sigma certification.
Required: Pharmacy Technician Certification.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable with data interpretation and presenting findings. Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset. Passionate about patient safety and quality of care. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High degree of integrity, professionalism, and reliability.
This position is administrative in nature and will present physical demands requisite to a position requiring: hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to commute to multiple site locations within assigned territory. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.
This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad‑hoc basis. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
Travel may be required for special organization or department events, department team meetings, trade shows, conferences, and other client engagements. This is a remote position.
