Job summary

Guidehealth is hiring a Remote Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator to lead QM initiatives and educate patients on preventive care. You will manage data from EMR, claims, and outreach while coordinating across payers and customers.

Prior experience with Medicare Advantage quality data and strong communication are essential. The role emphasizes remote collaboration, adherence to NCQA/HEDIS-like specs, and meeting reporting deadlines while leveraging Excel, PowerPoint, and cloud tools to drive

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field or certified/licensed professional (CMA, LPN).
• 1–3 years in healthcare with EMR data abstraction and medical terminology knowledge.
• 2 years’ Medicare Advantage quality data abstraction and patient outreach experience.
• Proficient with health data, Excel and PowerPoint, and multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fully remote environment and engage with team daily.
• SME on QI measures, services, customers and payer quality initiatives.
• Conduct proactive patient outreach to address quality gaps and educate on preventive care.
• Collect quality data from EMR, claims, and provider outreach.
• Manage daily work using EMR, payer portals, vendor platforms and Guidehealth apps.
• Collaborate with customers, payers, and teammates to meet deadlines.
• Participate in webinars/trainings and maintain professional relationships.
