Job summary

Eckerd Connects is seeking a QA/QI professional to support the After Care Resource Navigator Program. The role emphasizes improving program quality through data-driven analysis, developing and monitoring improvement plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Travel up to 25% may be required. The candidate should have a Bachelor's in a related field and at least two years in quality improvement or quality assurance, with strong analytical and training-program skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Two years in Quality Improvement/Quality Assurance.
• Experience with monitoring contracts in non-profit contexts is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose improvements.
• Background checks and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite guidance to develop and maintain QA/QI systems.
• Analyze quality metrics to determine need for intervention.
• Develop and monitor QI initiatives to improve program goals and outcomes.
• Lead training program design and workshop selection to boost performance.
• Support accreditation maintenance and responses to audits.
• Travel as required and maintain valid driver’s license.
