Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Quality Improvement (QI) Coordinator to support quality assurance and performance improvement across the organization. This role manages QRE reporting, tracks compliance with quality standards, and assists with internal and client-facing reporting and data analysis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of pharmacy experience; quality improvement or performance improvement in healthcare preferred.
• Certifications such as CPHQ/CPPS/CPHRM or Six Sigma are a plus; Pharmacy Technician Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Quality Reporting Process (QREs) in ticketing system.
• Support quality and regulatory compliance initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify improvement opportunities and deliver training.
• Generate and distribute quality and performance reports to stakeholders and clients.
• Document meeting minutes and support annual QI planning and reports.
