Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Teams; ability to leverage AI tools in job functions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capable of building partnerships with ABB Product management, engineering, and service teams.
• Candidates must have work authorization to work in the US.

Aufgaben

• Serve as ABB's primary customer contact for quality and technical issues; lead communications, onsite support, action plans, and resolution timelines.
• Act as the technical and design authority for engineering deliverables on moderate- to high-complexity projects.
• Review and approve designs, perform verification and peer reviews, ensure safety, quality, contractual and as-built documentation compliance.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges; communicate product gaps, customer needs, and market trends to commercial and product management teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, testing, commissioning, service, supply chain, sales, and product management for project execution.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, including work plans, cost estimates, RFQs, supplier evaluations, project meetings, contract variations, and timely delivery of outputs.
