Job summary

CorVel Corporation seeks a Quality Assurance Nurse to lead case management QA, mentor operations staff, and calibrate processes to ensure consistent delivery of services across the organization.

You will educate teams with performance measures, develop management reports, oversee URAC compliance where applicable, and partner with leaders to drive continuous improvement and training across offices nationwide.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program with diploma/Associate degree; BSN preferred.
• 3+ years clinical experience; rehabilitation preferred.
• National certification (CRC, CIRS, CCRN, CVE, CCM) preferred.
• 4-year degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Certified Trainer and/or Quality Assurance distinction preferred.
• 4 years of case management experience preferred or equivalent.
• Prior quality assurance and/or training a plus.
• Current RN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and calibrate QA processes and mentor case management staff.
• Educate operations with performance measurement and reporting tools.
• Provide national account and regulatory QA oversight.
• Oversee URAC compliance and renewals as applicable.
• Collaborate with management to implement CorVel QA standards and reporting.
• Train new hires on CorVel standards and system usage.
• Develop and interpret management reports to monitor compliance and delivery quality.
• Facilitate peer-to-peer quality reviews and drive action plans for improvement.
