CorVel Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance Nurse to lead QA calibration of case management processes and mentor operations staff. You will equip teams with performance tools and ensure adherence to CorVel standards across national accounts.

You will oversee URAC compliance, train new managers, and develop ongoing QA programs, while traveling as required to support field offices and drive continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing with a diploma/Associates degree (Bachelor of Science degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred).
• 3 or more years of recent clinical experience, preferably in rehabilitation.
• Four year degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Certified Trainer and/or Quality Assurance distinction preferred.
• Four (4) years of case management experience preferred or equivalent experience.
• Current RN licensure.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and calibrate QA processes and mentor operations at the managerial level.
• Educate operations with performance measurement and reporting tools for growth.
• Provide national account and regulatory quality oversight.
• Oversee URAC compliance and renewals as applicable.
• Ensure case management adheres to CorVel standards across departments.
• Train new hires to integrate and train on CorVel case management systems.
• Develop mentor programs to onboard supervision and management for compliance.
• Identify trends and implement continuous process improvements.
