CorVel seeks a Quality Assurance Nurse to lead QA calibration of case management processes and mentor operations staff. The role ensures standardized delivery of CorVel’s case management services and supports performance measurement, reporting, and regulatory oversight across national accounts.

The position emphasizes training new supervisors on CorVel standards, system usage, and quality assurance practices while traveling up to 50% of the time to support field offices and maintain program

Competenze

• Registered nurse with current licensure.
• 3+ years of recent clinical experience, preferably in rehabilitation.
• Four-year degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and calibrate QA processes and mentor operations staff.
• Educate operations with performance measurement and reporting tools.
• Provide national account and regulatory QA oversight.
• Oversee URAC compliance and renewals as applicable.
• Collaborate with management to ensure adherence to CorVel QA standards and reporting.
