Job summary

Nova 401(k) Associates is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the review of work product from staff, ensuring accuracy without a client base. This remote role emphasizes process improvement and training, with minimal travel.

The role requires 7+ years in non-discrimination testing and solid ERISA/IRC knowledge. NIPA/ASPPA credentials or a 4-year degree are preferred. Equipment is provided for a productive work‑from‑home setup.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of non-discrimination testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA and IRC regulations.
• NIPA or ASPPA credentials, or a 4-year degree.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask.
• High level of critical thinking.
• Coachable with commitment to development.
• Experience with Corbel Documents, Pension Pro, ASC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review work product prepared by team members across tests and forms.
• Review work product for other departments as needed.
• Participate in process improvement and client service projects.
• Provide feedback and training to junior staff.
• Stay current with new regulations and proposed legislation.
• Expand professional knowledge through seminars and self-study.
