Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in non-discrimination testing.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA and Internal Revenue Code/Regulations.
• NIPA or ASPPA credentials or a 4-year degree.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to multi-task.
• High level of critical thinking.
• Coachable and committed to professional development.

Responsibilities

• Review work product prepared by team members across trust accounting, testing, and contribution calculations.
• Review work product for other departments as needed.
• Participate in process improvement and client service projects.
• Provide feedback and training to junior staff.
• Stay current with new regulations and legislation.
