Career Team is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to conduct case file reviews, monitor data integrity, review and approve payments, and ensure program compliance with contract requirements. This remote, full-time position reports to the Quality Assurance Manager and supports federal and state guidelines.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent workforce experience required.
• Sharp attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
• Must be computer literate with strong MS Excel skills and ability to learn specialized databases and software systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.

Mansioni

• Conduct regular reviews of participant case files to evaluate accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Federal WIOA/TANF, State, local, and corporate policies.
• Monitor data entered into State Systems and other participant management systems for accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify deficiencies and trends, document findings, and recommend corrective action.
• Support local QA staff in resolving file and data issues to ensure no eligibility issues or disallowed costs.
• Lead bi-weekly check-in calls with Program Directors, Regional Directors, and other appropriate staff.
• Assist with preparation for and response to program monitoring and audits.
