Job summary

Availity is seeking a seasoned QA Manager to lead multiple agile QA teams, drive quality initiatives, and advance test automation across our healthcare platform. The role emphasizes leadership, governance, and collaboration with product and engineering to deliver reliable software.

You will mentor teams, manage recruiting and performance, and champion AI-enabled testing to improve efficiency and outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in business and/or systems testing with leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading teams in Agile environments and delivering products.
• Experience as QA Supervisor/Manager.
• Expert in functional, integration, performance, and regression testing.
• Experience defining quality strategy and governance across teams.
• Experience with hiring decisions, performance management, and career development.
• Experience with strategic resourcing and capacity planning across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of test management tools and automated testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple agile QA teams and their quality processes.
• Lead program level quality planning and staffing.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA to drive outcomes.
