BeneLynk is hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst to validate our Veteran Directed Care platform and self-service modules. The role requires designing End-to-End test strategies, executing tests, and ensuring accuracy across eligibility, budgets, timesheets, and payroll.

Work closely with Chief Product Officer, Product Owner, and ENG teams in a remote environment. You'll help capture business needs, define acceptance criteria, and ensure compliance with HIPAA/VA requirements.

Formación

• 2–4+ years in QA/UAT and leading product testing efforts.
• Experience with Agile software development and SCRUM.
• Ability to create test plans, suites, and cases from specs.
• Experience documenting QA/UAT results and risk findings.
• Familiarity with accessibility testing and WCAG guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute End-to-End validation and UAT across platforms.
• Validate eligibility, payroll, timekeeping, and reporting logic.
• Create test plans, scripts, and coverage matrices.
• Log defects, track resolution, and communicate risks.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Eng, and Operations.
