• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least three years of QA, auditing or performance management experience.
• Experience auditing and monitoring to assess compliance with standards and contracts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Experience presenting routine and ad hoc performance reports.
• Ability to implement corrective actions and track results.

Responsabilités

• Conduct internal quality audits, reviews, and monitoring to evaluate compliance.
• Analyze operational data and QA reports to identify trends and gaps.
• Develop routine and ad hoc performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with leadership to update procedures as business needs change.
• Monitor project performance and contract compliance using QA tools.
• Support QA processes, reporting frameworks, and performance management.
• Create knowledge resources and staff materials.
• Work with training teams to reinforce quality standards and close gaps.
• Evaluate effectiveness of quality initiatives using data-driven measures.
• Document findings and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties to support quality and project success.
