Job summary

LabConnect is seeking a Quality Audit Specialist to execute internal and external audits, support vendor and client audits, and drive post-audit actions to completion. The role partners with cross-functional groups to ensure GCP regulatory compliance and quality across clinical trial activities, applying strong attention to detail and rigorous documentation.

This is a fully remote role with occasional travel, offering a collaborative, globally oriented environment and opportunities to contribute

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quality-related field with 4–6 years of regulatory/compliance experience.
• Experience with clinical trials audits (hosting or conducting).
• Familiarity with eQMS software preferred (Veeva Vault ideal).

Responsibilities

• Execute internal and external audits and drive post-audit actions.
• Support vendor and client audits and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Track KPIs and maintain quality documentation within the QMS.
• Provide regulatory guidance to project teams as needed.
• Coordinate audit activities and Ensure timely closure of CAPAs.
