Jobgether seeks a QA/Validation professional to support system validation and qualification for regulated software, develop and execute test cases, and maintain rigorous documentation for compliance. The role requires SDLC understanding and strong attention to detail to ensure traceability and audit readiness.

The ideal candidate collaborates with IT, Quality, and business stakeholders, with 1–3 years in software testing and familiarity with regulatory environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, system validation, or a related role.
• Understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, test documentation, and UAT processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication, able to explain testing outcomes and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with defect tracking, change management, and quality management processes.
• Ability to manage tasks and follow procedures in a compliance-focused environment.
• Preferred: CSV experience and familiarity with regulated life sciences environments.
• Preferred: Knowledge of GxP, GAMP 5, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 for electronic records/signatures.
• Preferred: Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, HP ALM, or similar platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Support system validation and qualification activities for software in regulated environments.
• Develop, review, and execute test cases, scripts, and UAT scenarios.
• Prepare, review, and maintain validation documentation and quality records.
• Assist with change request assessments, testing activities, and change control docs.
• Record test results, document defects, and maintain evidence of testing outcomes.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, results, and validation deliverables.
• Support audit and inspection readiness through organized documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, Quality, and vendors to support improvements.
• Follow quality procedures and contribute to continuous improvement in testing and validation.
