Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join the Mobile Team. You will create and maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for new features, bug fixes, and integrations, ensuring thorough validation across customer scenarios and releases.

You will document defects, collaborate with developers, product owners, and support staff, and communicate clear release notes and demonstrations to customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience testing software applications and creating/executing test cases.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including defect reports and release notes.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, product owners, support staff and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of PC/LAN environments, Windows Server and Windows OS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis/tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features, bug fixes, integrations, customer scenarios, and release validation, including functional, exploratory, regression, and developer work item testing.
• Document, investigate, reproduce, track, and validate software defects and customer-reported issues with stakeholders.
• Communicate release changes through release notes and demonstrations for customers and internal teams.
• Utilize approved AI-assisted tools to support test planning, defect analysis, documentation, and release note drafting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing standards, documentation, and release readiness.
