Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for its Mobile Team to create, maintain, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for new features, bug fixes, and release validation across customer scenarios. You will investigate defects, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, and draft clear release notes demonstrating new features.

Ideal candidates have strong testing experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote team.

Qualifications

Experience testing software applications, creating and executing test cases, validating results, and documenting defects clearly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including writing defect reports, release notes, and customer-facing documentation.
Ability to work with developers, support staff, product stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of PC and LAN environments, especially Windows Server and Windows.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry, analysis, and presentations.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for new features, bug fixes, integrations, and release validation.
Document, investigate, reproduce, track, and validate defects and issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
Communicate release changes through release notes and demonstrations of new features for customers and internal teams.
Utilize AI-assisted tools to support test planning, defect analysis, and documentation.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and release readiness practices.
