Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join the Mobile Team. The role involves creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for features, bug fixes, and integrations, including validation across customer scenarios and releases.

You will document defects, collaborate with developers and product owners, and communicate clear release notes and demonstrations of new features for customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience testing software applications, creating and executing test cases, validating results, documenting defects clearly, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including defect reports and release notes.
• Ability to work with developers, product stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features, bug fixes, integrations, customer scenarios, and release validation.
• Document, investigate, reproduce, track, and validate defects and customer issues with stakeholders.
• Communicate release changes via release notes and demonstrations of new features for customers and internal teams.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to support test planning, defect analysis, documentation, and release note drafting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and release readiness.
