Job summary

The Services Quality Manager will drive QA strategies for post-construction services, ensuring asset performance and ISO compliance to protect long-term value across projects nationwide.

The role is fully remote in the U.S., with interview discussions covering location expectations and remote work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality assurance or asset management for utility-scale solar.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 55000 frameworks.
• Experience with solar O&M, SCADA, CMMS, and performance analytics.
• Certified in Quality or Asset Management preferred (CQE/CQA or IAM).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a QMS tailored to solar O&M.
• Ensure ISO compliance and asset integrity.
• Define and monitor KPIs for service quality and asset uptime.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Engage with clients and audits with data-driven insights.
