Willson International Ltd. is hiring a Quality Analyst for a remote role in the United States. The position involves auditing entries for regulatory compliance, tariff verification, and ensuring accuracy in duties and taxes.

You will support training, handle customer communications, and contribute to process improvements. Ideal candidates have 1 year in customs brokerage operations, strong MS Office skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customs brokerage operations or regulatory.
• Customer service experience in an office environment.
• NCBFAA Certified Customs Specialist is an asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, database and data entry skills are required.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written is required.
• Desire to learn, grow, teach and adapt to change.
• Problem solving, accuracy, attention to detail is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Auditing entries to ensure compliance.
• Tariff verification and deductions handling.
• Duty and Tax applicability checks.
• Verifying USMCA/USGR eligibility.
• Managing Section 232, Section 301 & Section 338 duties.
• Anti-dumping and countervailing duties (AD/CVD) checks.
• TIB Closures and other at-risk categories.
• Development of processes and procedures.
• Communicating with clients via email and phone.
• Management of special projects assigned.
