Job summary

Willson International is seeking a Quality Analyst to help ensure regulatory compliance and quality benchmarks across operations. The role involves auditing entries, tariff and duty checks, and client communications, with an emphasis on accuracy and process improvement.

The position supports training initiatives, new-hire onboarding, and ongoing education, within a flexible remote setup limited to certain US states. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year experience in customs brokerage operations or regulatory.
• Customer service experience in an office environment.
• NCBFAA Certified Customs Specialist is an asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, database and data entry skills required.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Desire to learn, grow, teach and adapt to change.
• Problem solving, accuracy and attention to detail required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Auditing entries to ensure compliance.
• Tariff verification and deductions.
• Duty and Tax applicability checks.
• Verifying USMCA/USGR eligibility.
• Section 232, 301 & 338 compliance.
• Anti-dumping and countervailing duties checks.
• TIB Closures and other at-risk categories.
• Development of processes and procedures.
• Communicating with clients via email and phone.
• Management of special projects assigned.
• Training and coaching support to new hires.
• Identify and trend repetitive errors; recommend training.
